I Need Help

Ok so I've been buying some stuff with my paycheck and i finally decided that i should stop and continue on saving. Before that thing happens, i also decided that I'm going to buy one last sandal/shoe this summer as a last present for myself. Since this is my last purchase, I want it to be a good one. That's why i need some advice for this one.
